Uruguay’s coach Oscar Tabárez says that his side’s semi-final tomorrow night against Brazil marks “the start of another Copa” and has promised to fight it out with Brazil for control of midfield. “Brazil is very strong in the centre of the park…but if we do what we intend then I believe they could have difficulties,” he told journalists Monday.
“We have a good rival, but it is a game of football and we go with much respect, but with the illusion that we can bring it to our side.”
Brazil’s coach Dunga also predicted a tough hard-fought game: “Uruguay is a hard team, experienced and which grows in difficult moments. Its a clásico and we all know what that means.”
